After speaking with dozens of clients, I was surprised to find out that they were not just excited to receive their final website designs or branding guides when the project came to an end. They were so grateful for "feeling seen, heard, understood" throughout the entire process of working together. They wanted to work with someone they could trust, not just with their money, but with their baby. Yes, I said baby. Because a business is just that. Some businesses are started as a cash grab, while others are created as a labor of love.

I am most interested in the latter.
